Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads to promote discounted vacation packages

• Build rapport with prospective clients over the phone

• Match guests with suitable holiday options based on their preferences

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities

• Meet and exceed performance targets

• Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese

• Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality

• Active listening and questioning skills

• Target-driven mindset

• Flexible availability (5 days/week)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (potential monthly earnings from 60,000 THB to 120,000 THB subject to individual performance))
