JOB SUMMARY

Lead the Marketing Executives team be a great example of the team and aids in the development of overall competence and performance of the Marketing Executives to ensure a positive owner/guest experience for the Marketing and Sales operations.

Assists the Marketing Supervisor to support Marketing Manager with managing day-to-day activities related to Linkage, In-house and OPC channel. Aids in the development of the overall competence and performance of the marketing workforce. Assists the Marketing Supervisor in various activities including recruiting, selecting, training, motivating, rewarding, coaching, managing conflict, and managing the performance of marketing executives. Helps analyze data and reports in order to monitor tour flow and team/unit performance. Under supervision of and at the direction of Marketing supervisor and Marketing Manager, develops, recommends, and implements solutions to increase the number of tours generated. Builds and maintains relationships with sales management, co-worker and company partnership. As needed by the Management, communicates marketing strategies and solutions to the sales force. Assists the Marketing Supervisor with other duties as directed.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Assists Management and Actively as Team Member

  • Assist the Marketing supervisor and Marketing manager with the recruitment, supervision, roster scheduling and training of the marketing executive staff.  And active as part of the team to produce good result and achieving company production target
  • Leading the team to achieve the company target by showing the great example, well understanding of the company rule, always have a great performance and able to transfer the knowledge to the team.
  • Helping the team to close hard customer, insure all guest happy and the performance well.
  • Partner with the Marketing Supervisor to establish work schedules, and review requests for PTO from team members.
  • Monitor day to day schedule to make sure team always covered and performance well
  •  Working together with Marketing Supervisor to ensure that hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.
  • Coach and develop employees (e.g., create expectations for continual improvement, provide challenging tasks and assignments, hold development discussions, and construct and execute development plans).
  • Participate in associate performance appraisals.
  • Listen to associate's suggestions for improving how work is done and how guests are served, gaining management support as needed to act upon suggestions. And consult to Marketing Supervisor and Marketing Manager to get better result.
  • Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor the performance of team to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary tool, materials and information.
  • Follow company and department policies and procedures.
  • Giving example how to works day by day and how to approach guest in appropriate way.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

Education

  • High School diploma, or 2 years of equivalent work experience; minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Related Work Experience

  • One-year related experience

Others

  • Work in close contact with the general public in Marketing and Sales situations that require strong communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate openness to adapt to different cultural contexts based on location
  • Travel 20% to 50% of the time
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs
