As a Call Center Sales Advisor – International, a typical day will include:

• Making outbound calls to international members to renew, upgrade, or reinstate memberships
• Presenting membership options and ancillary travel products
• Educating members on how to maximize their Interval International benefits
• Overcoming objections while maintaining a professional, positive approach
• Meeting weekly revenue goals aligned to incentive programs
• Navigating multiple systems accurately while managing live sales conversations

• Interact with members and colleagues professionally and respectfully
• Contribute to individual and team performance goals
• Maintain confidentiality of member and company information
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

To become a Call Center Sales Advisor – International Sales at Interval International:

• Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods and perform light physical activity
• Comfort navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Strong communication, listening, and comprehension skills
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
